The PHS Fitness Center will be open Monday-Thursday, 6-9 p.m.

Waiver/Release Agreement must be on file, and EVERYONE must sign in and out each visit. Please contact the high school office (812) 723-3905 for information about the waiver/release agreement.

1. Use of the fitness center is for adults – children should not accompany parents or roam the building.

2. Acceptable clothing covers chest, stomach, and midsection - school facilities are available only to those who are dressed accordingly.

3. Use the stairs at the end of the hallway to access the walking track – ALL other areas of the building are off limits.

4. Conduct of visitors should enhance our positive learning environment – fitness supervisor will ask visitors to leave if issues persist.
