Ryan Engleking from Engleking Rx will be at school on Tuesday, February 22 to administer COVID-19 vaccines and booster doses to students. If you would like for your student to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, please contact the school for a consent form and return it to school no later than Monday, February 21.
Consents may also be picked up from the main school offices.
If this will be a second dose or a booster for your student, please send their COVID-19 vaccination card to school along with the consent.
Students age 12 and older become eligible for a booster five months after their second vaccine dose. The Indiana Department of Health and the Indiana Department of Education require that students have a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine if eligible in order to not have to quarantine from school if exposed to a positive case.
