The starting wage is $12.75 per hour plus $.25 per hour for night and increases incrementally each year. Fringe benefits include the following: two weeks paid vacation after 1 year of employment, 8 paid holidays per year, 12 leave days per year, as well as medical, dental, vision, long-term disability and life insurance.
